The ordinary V-belt is an endless transmission belt with a trapezoidal cross section, a height to width ratio of about 0.7, and a wedge angle of 40. The V-belt tensile body produced by our company adopts new material polyester cord and cord, which has excellent performance such as high strength, low elongation, dimensional stability, bending resistance, fatigue resistance and long service life, and is suitable for general power transmission. The V-belt structure (as shown in the right figure) is composed of wrapping cloth, top rubber, tensile body, primer and other components. According to the structure of the tensile body, it is divided into cord core V-belt and cord fabric core V-belt.
